They are rich in carbohydrates and dietary fibre.  Pumpkins are also a good source of vitamins and contain Vitamin-A, Vitamin-B, Vitamin-C, Vitamin-E and Vitamin-K. Minerals like iron, calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, manganese and zinc are found in them.
