- Cumin Powder 1 teaspoon
- Raw mangoes 250 grams(1 serving)
- Black salt ½ teaspoon
- Sugar 1 cup
- Salt according to taste
Steps to make
- Boil the mango in pressure cooker for 3-4 whistles.
- After the mango cools; remove the skin of the mango.
- Chop the mango finely and add cumin powder, black salt, sugar and salt.
- Blend it till it becomes a thick puree.
- Put it in the refrigerator till it gets chilled.
- Pour the pulp in a glass and add water & ice cubes.
